There are other things I can think of that would be more useful. |

You know what hawkeye, the unblur filter that Adobe has been talking about would have been a lot more useful. Except it only unblurs motion blur photos and not out of focus ones.
Developing, improving the content aware fill to make it more predictable would have been a lot more useful than basing a new tool on the already not so good content aware filter. |

hi netaddict,
a month ago was going a few of r&d adobe demo and also new cs6 features of videos...
1. as far as unblurring/sharpening ,,,, there working on that... that allways been a very weak ps tool... and you needed to go to somethinglike topaz or focurmagic for something better...
note: focus magic motion blurness repair looks like they have the best around for that...
HOWEVER, ps has been working on unblurs/sharpening ... in fact i saw video demo... and somewhere on the board here, i had posted alink to it, and it looks really fantastic...!!! weather it will be in cs6 or not I don't know haven't seen anyting yet under new feture for cs6 that shows that...
2. content aware... is evolving .. just like some of the other ps tools... from what i have seen they have improved it in cs6... and in fact it appers there combining it with other tools just like they did when they came out with cs5 compared to cs4 .
I just hope they improved the part where you did a fill and you sometime inadvertantly get other parts of the image into the fill.. smiling.. right now when i have fill that bring in unwated parts of a image i have go back and apply a mask to keep that from happening ..
3. there is a lot of demos on new features in cs6, one new feature along would not be worth upgrading for most people,, and there are some intriquing applications.... they look real neat... |
