Hey everyone. Just made an account, hope someone doesn't mind helping out!

I was hoping someone could add the electricity effect from the 2nd image to the 1st. Anyone good at this? I want the eyes and nose to be extremely bright just like the 2nd image. Ignore the 2 human-like figures in the eyes

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You guys are the artists, if you think you can make the first image look better then by all means, I'd like to see what you can do. Only thing I'm picky about is the shape of the skull and the color scheme, I'd like those to be similiar.
