There is a yellowish/lime colored line on the left side of the image ( right side of her face). This line crosses her forehead, nose and cheek. Is it vignetting?

hi,
no expert... however try to get you on the right track...
first the picture is in bad shap a lot of things of things need work
blurry, pixalated, , color issues, part overblown.. etc...
something i always do and most people do... in there work flow,
is they do a curve or levels adjusment, either a global or go into channels.
besides it sharpen a little.. mainly it generally improve the color issues...
now the problem i saw was an awfull lot of yellow, tried different way and one that appear wotk to eliminate is go in the hue and sate and choose yellow from thedropdown and desaturate...
per say I didn't see no lilnes... say areas,,, and on the edge of the right side of the face from forhead to chin.. a white outline... mask off and maybe use spot healing brush to fill that in ....
now you may want to look at the various tutorials on glamour or model retouching.... example
http://beeex.net/photoshop/tutorials-photoshop/retouch-a-model-sexy-glamour-style
also this series of tutorials
http://sixrevisions.com/photoshop/26-professional-photoshop-retouching-tutorials/

well that should get you started... with that image you got your work cur out.. and yet that is a good image to work and learn.. smiling....

Thank you jerryb4417 for the advice and links. The image I attached is not in great shape, I know, that's why I chose it for retouching and editing.
