I got the hang of changing a background, butit looks fake where as other peoples ive seen looks really good, is there something i am not doing right?

Welcome to the forum. Your masking is not up to the standard of making it believable at the moment, it's a little 'fuzzy' around the edges. Also the curtain background needs to be smaller than it is currently.
