How does one create this texture look in photoshop?
I want to be able to take a normal color and create this textured look for it.

Use Layer FX: Bevel and Emboss > Texture
Duplicate the layer, reduce the opacity of the texture and add a layer mask to make it look as if it has been rubbed. |
