Hello everyone, I am new to these forums and am a photoshop newbie.
I went to times square the other day which is a once in a long while thing. I took a few photos there but his one was one of my favorite and my face messed up in it. (eyes closed and everything)
If someone can tweak it to make it look better for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. I appreciate what you say, but in my opinion the photo has too little detail to recover good information from and unless you have any other source photos of you with eyes open etc...
