A silly question comming up, drum-roll please..
There are a few yellowish green lines at the bottom of her jaw. What are they Vignetting? Seriously I don't know
How do I get rid of these lines

There is a yellow/green caste on the jawline, this is because of a general level of dis colourisation in the image as a whole.
Decrease the red and green channels in the mid and increase the blue in the mid. I actually added a threshold adj. layer and found the b&w point then added a 50% grey layer set to difference and found the grey point/mid point. This sorted out the caste, although for my taste I would still make changes. I also duplicated layer set to multiply reduced opacity of layer to 30% and Masked in darker jawline shadow
