In my efforts in trying to practice photo retouching, I got this horrible photo from the net. Aside from the huge blurring which I've failed to fix, what is the light green area in the grass in front of the house? Is this jpeg artifacts? How do I fix it?

OK the picture is disgusting, that's why I chose it to practice photo editing.. It's a challange

You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Sometimes photos are better left to the delete button.
