Hey all I'm new the forum so bear with me here. I recently took some family photos for a woman whose husband is terminally ill and I got a really nice close up of just him and her but I want to remove his breathing hose so she can have a picture without it to look at. I can get everything gone on his shirt and face I'm just having issue with the part that goes in his nose. (Ill upload a pic so you can see). I cant seem to find a way to make it look natural. I've been using the clone stamp tool for the rest but everywhere is easy because I have the other texture to copy from, on his nostrils I dont.... any suggestions?

On a separate layer, use a very low opacity soft brush to paint in the details. Sample often from the surrounding areas (alt+left click). Time and patience are your friends on something like this. After you get it right, add a slight bit of noise to match the photo.
