heyy well im tryna get this pic in black and white and im also tryna get it as crips as possible and get all the blurs out of it was taken on the fone before a mate had a serious accident can anyone help me with this thanks again |

Hi chelsea19891 welcome to the forum. I don't suppose this will come as a major shock, but the actual pixel data is in poor condition, any heavy manipulating will only degrade quality on the whole. The noise can only really be dealt with by a slight blurring, this would not be conducive with the already considerable loss of detail in the image.

Hi Chelsea
As Hermit as stated if the pixels have little or no detail to start with they can't be made too... I did try for you but no joy.
