Hi everyone. Please help me with this, I am at my wit's end Bawling

Every time I try to add an adjustment layer for any of these things it won't let me. I've tried everything but these options remain light grey and unclickable. Does anyone know why this is?

Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks.

Try something other than a blank layer.

Try changing from a 32 bit image to a 16 bit image (image>mode). See if that makes a difference.

or make sure you're not in 256k color. Try switching to RGB?
