What kind of retouch or adjustments, I should do on image 1 to get the picture 2? (considering only the body and face of the model)

Slight shadow/highlight enhancement, but I don't see much more going on. Welcome to the forum. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

Ok, thanks.
Could you say the approximate values to put on "shadow/highlights"? |

Hmm it's not a simple as I thought, but to no extent a tough effect to produce, shadows and highlighting will not get you there alone (I had a look), but a bit of knowledge would get you a long way. In truth I am a little lazy to work at the effect, but perhaps some playing with actions might get you close with a little tweaking and not much effort.
Photo Actions looks like there may be a couple there that will get you close. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

looks like a simple Curves adjust with a bit of Warming Photographic filter over the top to me. _________________ twitter @4DragonsMedia |
