Hi,

My wife has started her own little cake baking business and I'm trying to design a website for her with a logo & banner.

The name is Tasty Bakes:

The 'Tasty Bakes' will have a baking theme, so the letters made up of cooking utensils.

Can anyone help me on this as it's a bit advanced for me and just dont know where to start.

I will have a go if no one else bites within the next couple of days.

Any particular colours? Who is the target market? And what type of cakes?

Thanks very much Auieos, I really appreciate it.

No particular colours really just whatever suits the utensils.

Target market is people that dont want to bake and want good quality tasty baked goods.

She will make all sorts of cakes, biscuits, tray bakes etc.

We've thought of maybe the letters being utensils (wooden spoon, whisk etc) or maybe the letters being different cakes or biscuits but not focusing on any 1 type of cake/biscuit.

Hey using the utensils and cakes as different letters doesn't look good.

Will probably use an actual font.

There is one below that came close, however i still don't think that is great.

I think because your selling cakes nicely decorated that the logo should have a strong feel of that and not 'I'm still in the kitchen making it'

Food for thought anyway Big Wink

also do u have email?

Like you say, not so sure about that logo, if you think the utensils and cakes isn't a good idea I'm happy if you want to do what you think will look good?

Really appreciate the help.

Thanks again.
