New product has 3 LEDs that I faked by making small, solid color rectangles. I was asked to make them glow. What steps should I take? I can attach the product photo if needed.

If it is on a separate layer use layer styles such as outer glow.
Seeing the picture always helps. |

The easiest way is to find a pic with glowing leds, copy and paste into your graphic. |
