ok had a quick go for you but not sure what you meant wether you want just the main part in your mouth thickening up or just a lot more smoke in general here is 2 versions for you all i did was select original smoke copied it onto new layers a few times weakening the opacity merged the layers down except for background layer use the free transform tool and got roughly the shape I wanted then use the smudge tool to create smoke effect. I have never done anything like this before but if someone else can do a better job feel free
