Please explain more or provide a link or attachment of an effect similar to what you are trying to achieve

OK, refering to the linked example;
All you need are two layers the in the bottom layer place the image you want to appear below the "skin"
On the top layer put the "chest" image
With the top layer still selected, erase the areas of the skin you don't want, the below image will appear instead of the erased skin
