I have this picture of a girl smiling:

I want to remove the pink headband, the pink rings on the left, and place the girl against a black background. I tried replacing the headband with the clone tool, but my skills are too primitive to make it look natural.

It's for a one-of mix CD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
