Hi,
Anyone could help me? I want to do this with a similar picture I have and I dont know how.



I really hope you answer me in detail, I'll appreciate it :)

Ok this should get you close...

Open up your picture of a person.
Cut them out from the background.
Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. (Ctrl + Shift + U)
Make a few duplicated layers of your person.
Person Layer > Layer FX > Colour Overlay > Blend mode Overlay (Red and Blue).
Keep adding each Layer FX until you have them all coloured the way you want.
Get a background place on TOP layer. (washed out yellow)
Set BG layer to darken. (Blend Mode)
Set all person layers to colour. (Blend Mode)
