Help! Need to generate a color from these settings...

Hi,

I have a white layer with it's blending mode set to multiply, I need to add these settings to create a tint to that layer. I have no idea how to do so using the info I was given. If anyone has any insight it would be of HUGE help...

Also if you are able to do this, can you explain it please. I have many more colors to generate.

Alpha range: -.64
Alpha Offset range: 255

Red range: .22
Red Offset range: 44

Green range: .29
Green Offset range: 255

Blue range: 1
Blue Offset range: 254
