Hello people, this is my first post, and with a question. Apologize in advance as you might get a lot of these kinds of users that register only to ask a question.
I saw a photo with an amazingly realistic effect, transforming an in game shot of Gran Turismo 5 to something that can compare to real life pictures.
Before and after of the effects (not the same photos, just the effect)
If anyone could give me just the name of the effect on the second and third pics, I'll be a happy boy.

Well 2 and 3 are different from each other so I went for the general look.
I did this in ACR, you can see the settings.
The only other thing I did was a Red -45 in HLS/Grayscale.
