I'm after a couple freelance designers that are willing to work on a per project basis calculated on an hourly rate.
Scope of work is web development; logos, page layouts, wireframe/mockup/concept art, user interface, support graphics...etc
I'd prefer individuals with a strong portfolio and at least 1-Year of experience.
(I've posted a while back on here and had someone put a banner together for me asking 100 dollars for something that looked like a 13 year old slapped together in MS Paint.) -- Please, strong portfolio given the scope of work expected.
Starting out, we are probably talking about 5 - 15 hours of work per week.
