I've been testing a couple of approaches on how to give a image (photo + text) a look of a low quality tabloid print, but nothing that looks convincing. Haven't been able to find anything on the net.
Any ideas, tutorials,suggestions?

Thanx!
Tried that and colour half tone, but doesn't give the feeling of a cheapish tabloid colour print. Want to get that colour bleeding effect (think it's called that) you see in the cheap colour prints on even cheaper paper.
