How would I go about creating this effect? I have a splash pattern with text over it. I want the text on the inside to be white like the background but the parts of the text that don't conflict with the image to be the same colour.
I've had a go using layers to give you a rough idea of what I'm talking about:
Thanks in advance! |

what I would do is copy the type layer. Make one layer of type white, then make the duped layer the blueish color. Then go to the white layer and delete the letters you don't want.
I would then rasterize the blue layer in case you have to trim off any of the type areas to keep it out of the design. It should take you a matter of just a few minutes. Hope it's what you're looking for. _________________ Jeff

Or create the type layer and just change the first 2 letters to white, keeping the rest blue? _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |
