G'day all .
Would like to know how to get an effect from the pallet to the right of screen in the effects area onto a new blank file page I have just created .. Basically unable to drag an effect onto a blank new file without a pixelation selection first . Any way around this ?? !!!
Using elements 8 ..
Want to be able to select an area in the effects I have choosen , then use this in one of my pic edits ..
Any help much appreciated
