Hey guys,

How do you get colour balance or hue & saturation or any of the effects to only modify a specific layer, not the WHOLE entire image? Or is this not possible?? (question is: why wouldn't it be? but how?)

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help, as this is EXTREMELY frustrating for me and have been trying to figure it out for many weeks Frown

Use a clipping mask
Hold down the Alt key while creating a Hue & Saturation adjustment layer and check the box
"Use Previous Layer to Create Clipping Mask"
