Hello everyone,
Im new to this forum. Im new to photoshop, I have CS3 and im following this tutorial and it is asking to add an adjustment layer to the new layer that needs to have the color changed. Well my problem is any time I try and do this the entire photo changes color. Im trying to just change the color of the one layer.
Any help would be appreciated....
The tutorial that I am following is here at step 10

Thanks

Your answer is in the first sentence under the screenshot:
"Create clipping mask from that layer."

Ok so my clipping mask isnt working then. Because that was my first thought. That if I didnt do the clipping mask It may not work. But I thought I was useing the clipping mask. Ill give it a try and see if I can get it to work.
Thanks for the help.

If you hold down the ALT key when selecting an adjustment layer it brings up a duologue box and asks you if you want to create a clipping mask.
