Hi all,
Does anybody know how to create this image border?
The one below is the image, while the upper section is the background layer (or something else other than the image).

why would you like to make this border, if you can explain a litter bit more we can suggest what to do..

Use the pen tool, once you're satified with what kind of path you have make the path into a selection and delete the path. You'll get something kind of like I did:
you'll probably want to make a background layer of a certain color, and painting half the canvas of the other color on another layer. Then on the one that's painted half way you'll want to use the pen tool on that to get the cut effect.[/img]
