Welcome to the forums tatsu. No mouse is a little bit of a problem, but in theory not insurmountable. As for shadows, there are various ways to produce them depending on the type of shadow.

First, learn to use the Pen tool. Pen tutorial

There are lots of ways to do this and it's a bit more complicated than just do 1, 2, & 3.

I'll try to explain one that I use a lot.
You're going to use the Lasso tool (L) and draw an outline around the car.
Do as good a job as you can but it doesn't need to be perfect.

When your done type Ctrl + J this puts the car only on a new layer.

With the new layer selected open a levels adjustment layer while holding down the ALT key.

Answer yes to "Create a clipping mask".
Slide the black slider all the way to the right.
Paint any funky colors that are there black.

The rest you do by eye, Lower the opacity to maybe 30%.
Open the transform tool CTRL+T and use any mode that works for you, I like Warp.

Stretch, rotate, move the layer in any way you need to to get this shadow layer where you want it and don't worry if it overlaps the car, you can erase the unwanted parts.

Add Gaussian blur to that layer only, around 10px, you decide.
Adjust the opacity as needed, erase any parts of the shadow that don't belong, go back to Transform if needed.
Good Luck
