I am new to photoshop and I have been trying to play around with it. I am getting a lot better and I am feeling pretty good about it. I need to upgrade to a new version because the one I have is very old. I was just curious as to what could be done with this photo.
You dont have to mess with it, but I just wanted to see some ideas as to how to spruce it up or how to make it pretty neat with effects.

Was thinking you could cut out the tractor on to a separate layer and use layer fx to create something interesting.
