My Professional Gaming Team is looking for a cool picture that is Size: 300x200 Pixels. The Team is Called Based on Reality and I would like for it to look something like this if possible

You can add your own creative things, but anything cool looking would be sweet.
If you could also put the names: Jimmy, Lars, Damien and Johnny on there somewhere visible, it would be awesome.
The game this is for is Halo 3, so if you know anything about it, you could also add in some of that. |

I like the scheme, just as to what the Eye is for, lol. I was thinking something a little less real, maybe a fake eye, or a drawn eye with the same texturing, but the real eye is probably a little too "real" for a video game, lol. |

I was keepin it real! The eye ended up in there by chance after appearing on an image search. Free time is scarce for me atm so will try ova weekend. |

Hey, wanted to take a shot of this. I really like Halo, so I considered this one of the best things I could do. Here you go:
