|
Hello:
I created a background to use on my site and I have a question regarding the layers. The background can be seen here for reference: http://imgur.com/QWyL3
Basically, I have this metal texture outside of the page area of the background. Below that is this sandy texture that will be the overall background of the site. If I use this image as is, I'll have a perfectly straight line between the background and the rest of the site so I need to fade in that metal part to the sandy background below it so that everything blends. How do I go about doing this?
Thanks! |

Use a layer mask with a black to white gradient. |
