I made a little website and it's mostly a metal news site and it has kind of an old newspaper look to it and I wanted to make the site logo an old newspaper with the name of my site on it. If anyone would be willing to help me out, I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I'm so confused lol.

I go into blending options and choose inner glow but there's no color selection to choose from.

And how do I get the distance and all that stuff?
