I have an image that will become part of a website I am making, but I want to be able to edit the image. It is very difficult to edit the image when it is static and there are no layers to be edited. I would really appreciate it if someone a bit more versed in photoshop than I am would take on this project and reproduce the image attached. I will be amazed if anyone can do it.

I fooled around with it some, but it's a bit too much work to do the whole thing.

Fireworks is fine. I just need a way to be able to edit it easily. Thanks for your help.

@Hawkeye
That's a great start, thanks for trying.

Actually Hawkeye, do you still have the psd file. I would love to learn how you did that. I am fairly new to photoshop and I think this would be great chance to improve my abilities.
