Doing a project and need to produce a couple of these images.
I have a picture of an eye which I've already edited and I need to place another image in the pupil of it. I've tried looking on the internet for tutorials but have no idea what I should be using really.
Can someone please tell me the quickest and easiest way to do this?
Thank you!

The screenshot you posted shows the method.
Add the image to the eye picture and use transform to move and resize it as needed. Add a hide all layer mask and paint with white on the mask to reveal the area over the eye.
