Hi there. First post!

I'm pretty new to photoshop but I do know my way around a bit. Basically I just want some advice about cutting people out and adding them to new photographs. I always find it really hard to get the colours right, or to match the graininess, I'll mess around with levels, and noise and things, but they never end up looking right.

This is an example of one I'd like to do. Andy advice on how I'd go about this?

P.S. This isn't an attempt! I havne't done anything with it yet, it's just something I want to try.
