Can anyone please tell me how to convert normal photos to look eastman colour photos
Kinda like the ones of 1970s and '80s, or like the movies made those time.
With rich colours, extremely deep blue sky, dark green trees.
I know that i have to do that by adjusting hsu, brightness contrasts. But cant get good results so if theres another way or if someone could tell me the adjustment values it would be highly appreciated.

There are other ways that vary depending on the original pic you want to change. Please post an example of the image you need to change.

Try changing the mode to lab colour, then using adjustment curves to saturate the image. The colours can be pushed further without resulting in the supersaturated blocky look. The end product is obviously a direct result of the image used. So with the picture you have provided as an example, it has not been shot in the same way that a film back in the 60-70 would have been with lighting and gaudy coloured props.
Anyway this is what i came up with. The 2 images below have had the exact same actions applied to both, showing how the original effected the outcome. I recorded these actions as a set if you want to download and apply it to you own images.

Use layer masking on every part you want to brush, if it's sky, use the selective color FX and the brush that shy in,
all in all, it's pretty easy layer masking
