hi!
i want to make a version of picasso's old guitarist
so i did an oil pastel background
and took a photo of my friend (i blurred the face)
the problem is that i do not know how to "unite" the two pictures.
what i want exactly is how to make the photo part look like an oil painting.
please someone help me.

it does help, but i kinda want to do it myself...
is there anyway i can achieve something similar? (i don't have modifications on my PS)

Probably filter > artistic would be the alternative and find something in there. Or brushing over the photos maybe Hopefully you should get some more/better help from the ppl here who are good with photos.
