Hi there, I'm selling some coins on eBay and would like to know how I go about combining a photo of the obverse and reverse sides of the coin into one photo please.

Thank you.

Either photograph both faces of the coin or scan both faces in a flatbed scanner. In your image manipulation program, create a new file that is double the width of each image and keep the height the same. Copy and paste each image into the new file. Drag one to the left and the other to the right so they line up. Flatten the layers and reduce in size before uploading.

Hi there - thanks for the reply. I've already photographed all the coins and downloaded them into my Library file as jpegs, I shall give this a go. I might be returning to ask a bit more about layers. All the rest of it makes eminent sense, but I've tried to get my head around what the App is talking about when it mentions 'layers' but that bit is double dutch to me at the moment.
