I was feeling anti-love this evening so I created the "Love is Pain Series".
These are just avatars (feel free to use any of them). I might add some more stuff later on.

I agree with f!ss!on, the stroke around the text is too big in the second and last one. But i really like the grungy background you made.. they fit the sentiment.
Also i really like how you made the backgrounds different. Most stay with the same idea in a theme and it gets boring fast.. you made them different so we can enjoy them all. _________________ Witam

Yeah, I started with the first one, which I like a lot, and it sort of just went downhill from there. I'm prolly gonna redo the rest of them. _________________ Best Regards,

Oh thanks! I was worried I was getting too far away from the theme with the grid, but I like it a lot as well. Just seems to work well on that one. The first and third are also the only ones where I put in additional phrases in the background. I'll prolly add some in to the other two. _________________ Best Regards,

I agree the grid really works well on that one.
I think you're right when you say that adding phrases to the other ones will help. Or maybe some tech design? It's rarely done the combination tech-grunge but it can be very beautiful.. just a thought.. _________________ Witam

I like the combination od colors you used. they fit well together.. The bloodspatter is well done and placed. But the red of the rose is a bit too bright i think.. it seems overexposed and as such i think you loose a lot of detail there..
The text in the background really works here.. it fits nice : a rose and caligraphic writings allways go well together. And the message in front is more pronounced but same beautiful font. The elements fit together well.
Overall another good image. _________________ Witam
