Hey all,
I'm working with video in Photoshop CS4 extended. I'm trying to simulate an out of focus video shot by adding a lens blur filter. My problem is that only one frame is ever blurred after I export and render. The funny thing here is that all the filters that I don't want seem to work! I'm stumped here guys and this is important.
I'll name my first born after whoever solves this
