Hi, all. I am relatively new to Photoshop.
I have searched for this on the forum website but cannot find the answer (maybe didn't look hard enough).

Is there a way in photoshop to Fourier phase scramble images while preserving the luminosity but essentially rendering the picture unidentifiable?

I have also messed around with the mosaic scramble and like it... but want to try a phase scramble and was wondering where that is in photoshop, if that is even available.

Thanks!
