what are the differences between Floaing selections and fixed selections?
how do we make each selection in Photoshop? also i need to know the differences between the two. |

I'm not familiar with the term floating selection. I assume it refers to selecting an object then copying/cutting and pasting to a new layer where it can be moved independently. |
