Hi!
I tried to use the "Replace Color" tool in Photoshop CS4, but it did not work. I am trying to replace all of the black in my image with blue. All it does is make the black turn into grey. I have attached a screenshot.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

For that image I'd use the magic wand, with contiguous turned off. Once the black is selected fill the selection with the blue.
