How to I remove the green from this picture and re-size it so that the boarder is the yellow around the flag (and, perhaps make the space between the flag pole and the rope "see-through")???

I will pay someone 10 bucks to do this via pal! (The attached picture is not the real one 'cause it's too big so I can email it)

Thanks and I'm gonna go put a straight jacket on...
