Hey!
I am going to start a new design website, with tutorials, gallery, portfolio, etc. As a hobby; i have made previous ones.. but they lacked all around-ness, i didnt have much time to do it alone.
I almost have the layout for the website, only need help with animation (.gifs, iono, make it look complete).
My point is, if anyone would like to partner up with me, and upkeep a modern design website, i need someone skilled in php, majorly. Design help isnt frowned upon either. 
So if anyone would like to partner up, or even have a team of 3-4.. that would be great. Only like an hour or less a day, to upkeep, maybe way less.. or we can do all dirty work on weekends..

i mean, im not sure php is all THAT hard, but i just dont have time to learn a new language (damn java - learning) 
and french.. lol

(pffft, how much bs can u have about orange county? well, first of all, how about lets film it in LA county, like all the other things about OC.. ecxept laguna beach, but thats all rich * *)
South-Western orange county by mission viejo (not where i live)
i'd say south and west are middle-upper class homes, but north and east.. are like LA county, with bad neighborhoods..
how abou u?

I live like five minutes away from Six Flags Magic Mountain. About 30 - 60 minutes (depending on traffic and how fast you're willing to go) north of L.A. I go to school in Northridge.

maaan, im learnin this crap myself.... but its confuzzzling
do u guys at least know any good sites for makin templates, or good programs that generate php templates? i found some... but no GREAT explanation
i know php.net has all the classes n variables.. or w/e... but i need more design-community php stuff
