New to P/S and can't understand Hand Tool. I am attempting to make one photo the background layer for another photo or try to combine two photos to make a collage I am using the hand tool to move the photo but the image only moves within it's own window but will not move to another window or layer in another photo. What am I doing wrong? |

Use the move tool, not the hand tool. It's in the top right corner of the tool palette. |
