|

Hi everyone.
I was just wondering...
If part of a photo (say a person's face) has been blacked out or painted over on a jpeg file, is there any way that this blacked out part can be removed to reveal what was originally underneith? |

If the photo is in jpeg format then all the layers will have been compressed (so original photo and painted layer or blacked out layer). So reversing that process is near impossible, certainly in Photoshop. _________________ One step at a time |

don't you hate it when you compressed a layer and later you discover it needed more work underneath? Well happens to me anyway...i need to work on my patience LOL |
