photoshop droplet problem

I have made a droplet to resize images however when I use the droplet it seems to run the action twice on each image that I drop on to it. I made the droplet using an action which uses 3 batch processes to resize an image to 3 different sizes. I don't want the action to run twice as this wastes time and does not make it a very efficient way of working?!
Any help would be appreciated?
