Here is my take on it, i found it very difficult to match the skin tones from body to face as the body is extremely tanned & the face was washed out, yellowish & pixelated.
so what i did is far from perfect & still needs work.
i selected the face & neck & dragged it onto a new layer in the pool shot, i tried to alter the face to match the body but it just did not work so after slight adjustments to the face i decided to alter the body to match what i did to the face.
i adjusted the hue/saturation then levels then colour balance. i then used the clone tool, burn tool, eraser finally i flattened the image & applied the unsharp mask.
as i said it still needs work & it would probably work better with the original photos.

The fact his face is so pixellated makes it hard to get a perfect result.
This is using a number of layers set to colour blending mode and painted with a selection of skin tones taken from the torso.
Used a bit of surface blur and a layer of very low opacity black to darken his highlights a bit.
Also lots of cloning.
It could be improved by more attention to detail.
