Photoshop CS4, Vista Ultimate 8G

I have a large number of images that I wish to crop - not resize, in a variety of sizes. A sample of one is below. These are all scans of mat board used in picture framing. All the base images are 600x600 and I need to crop them to 300x300, 150x150, 100x100 and 24x16.

The filenames are in the format of cr66Sand948-600.jpg where 600 is the image size. The new files will be cr66Sand948-300.jpg, etc.

I want to crop these images, not resize them as resizing will cause the texture detail to be inaccurate. I want to crop from the upper left of each image to the new size and rename them in the format above.

Is this possible in an action? I don't see any means to define a crop area when doing a crop in Photoshop. Thanks.

Instead of crop; Use the rectangle marque tool set to a fixed size. Record your action to select, copy, then make a new file and paste the selection.
